Appointment of Mr. Yasuhiro Akutsu as Advisor

MTM Capital Corporation is pleased to announce that Mr. Yasuhiro Akutsu has been appointed as an advisor to our company.

Guided by our corporate philosophy of "Combining the power of capital and AI to drive transformation beyond," we provide capital strategy support for PIPEs and M&A, as well as AI implementation consulting, to support the sustainable growth and enhancement of corporate value for our client companies.

After graduating from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tokyo, Mr. Akutsu joined Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank, followed by positions at Mizuho Corporate Bank and Mizuho Bank. He then established himself as an independent management consultant, undertaking advisory projects spanning management strategy formulation, M&A, and a wide range of other areas for major corporations, leading banks, and securities firms both domestically and internationally. He has also gained extensive experience serving as an outside director of listed companies.

With this appointment, we aim to strengthen our management team and further enhance our management capabilities, while also providing more advanced and effective management support to our portfolio companies and partner firms. By leveraging Mr. Akutsu's extensive expertise and network, we will further promote the delivery of high-value-added solutions that encompass governance, risk management, and the execution of corporate transformation.
