Today, MTM Capital Corporation announced that we have entered into a basic agreement with Super Micro Computer, Inc. (NASDAQ: SMCI) ("Supermicro") to provide high-value-added services in our AI implementation consulting business, as detailed below.

We provide comprehensive support for AI technology implementation aimed at improving operational efficiency and creating new businesses. Our one-stop services cover everything from current situation analysis and issue identification to AI utilization strategy formulation, PoC (proof of concept), full implementation, and operation/deployment. Additionally, we offer data center establishment support, which serves as the foundation for generative AI utilization, providing comprehensive support from optimal infrastructure design to operational system construction. Based on industry trends and the latest technologies, we contribute to strengthening our clients' competitiveness.

Agreement Details

Supermicro has international competitiveness in enterprise servers and data center infrastructure. Particularly in AI data center products, they have established a differentiated position through customizable solutions and environmentally conscious design, holding a world-class market share in data center GPU servers.

Under this agreement, Supermicro's expertise (equipment selection, IT infrastructure evaluation, system requirements definition, operational policy formulation, and promotional strategy planning) can be integrated into our services, enabling us to provide high-value-added services.

Furthermore, building data centers to support the rapidly growing AI market requires procurement and design of high-performance GPUs, motherboards, and peripheral equipment. For these product selections, we will provide high-value-added services utilizing diverse sourcing based on advice from Supermicro, which possesses outstanding expertise.
